The Nidecker Supermatic® is a game changer – the world's first automatic binding that works with any boot. Just push your foot in through the back and step down on the heel pedal to flip up the hiback. That’s it – you’re ready to shred. A simple release lever makes exiting just as rapid. Supermatic® feels just like a classic two-strap binding to ride, and you can even operate the ratchets normally if the conditions demand it. Steep slope? Deep pow? No problem.

Ankle Strap: Hybrid Exo-Frame - The lightest Hybrid strap features a featherweight AuxTech® frame that expands evenly over the boot, suspended beneath two robust ExoSpines. Its Hybrid design connects the toe and ankle parts for rapid entry using the game-changing Supermatic, and gives the classic feel of a regular two-strap binder – with plenty of freedom to get your tweak on.
Toe Strap: Hexo Toecap - The Hexo Toecap strap features AuxTech®; a 3D hinged auxetic pattern that expands evenly over your boot for next level comfort.
Baseplate: Nylon+ Drop - 30% Glass Fiber, 70% Nylon The OG Supermatic baseplate is derived from our proven Axis platform, with additional Drop IN™ Technology. Glass-filled nylon delivers a mid-stiff flex that channels energy efficiently into the edges for a fun and lively ride, while rockered corners help maintain the board's natural flex.
Hi-Back: Nylon+ Ultraback - 30% Glass Fiber, 70% Nylon Designed exclusively for our game-changing Supermatic binding, the Nylon+ Ultraback features an asymmetric shape to fit your boots perfectly. The responsive glass-filled nylon construction provides solid support with just enough flex to style things out, while an integrated forward lean adjuster allows full customization.
Buckles: Aluminum, Axion-Ratchet - Our original Locking Slap Ratchet buckle gives you the option to get in and out of your bindings any way you choose. Push down the release lever to fix your preferred strap tension run after run (for use with speed entry) or crank it down each time just like a regular two-strap.
EXTRAS
Drop In - Drop IN™ Technology works using a triggered hiback. Just push your foot in through the back and step down on the heel pedal to automatically engage the binding. That’s it – you’re ready to shred. A simple push on the release lever makes exiting just as rapid; lift your boot up and out and you're done.
Active Straps - Active Strap Technology is featured on our Supermatic® and Flow Design models. It automatically lifts up the footstraps when you open the reclining hiback, and actively tightens them again to your pre-selected position when you close the hiback. This creates more room for your boot, making entry and exit more effortless than ever.
BankBeds - We design our footbeds with a 2.5º canted contact surface for optimal ankle and knee alignment and efficient energy transmission.
