Please note, your order may be subject to a small carrier upgrade fee to switch to UPS or Purolator should you select our Free Shipping method. Once you have placed yoru order, you will be contacted before your order is shipped should there be any additional charge to change carriers. Shipping Timeline
We understand the importance of shipping your orders as quickly as possibly, and we strive to have your order dispatched the same day your order is placed. Our 2 shops are located in British Columbia and we operate on Pacific Standard Time. Any orders placed after the 2:30PM cutoff on Friday, or throughout the weekend will be shipped Monday morning. If there is a statutory holiday then your order will be shipped on the next business day. *Please keep in mind, orders with multiple items may take extra time to process as inventory could be split between both of our locations and items will be combined before shipping. Free Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping to ALL Canadian Provinces on orders over $100 before taxes! *Some restrictions might apply on sale goods & oversized items. *During the summer months, please expect an additional 1-2 day delay on the fulfillment of sale winter/snowboard related product such as outerwear, boards, boots, bindings etc. Should you require rush shipping on these items please see our upgraded shipping methods.
*If your purchase qualified for FREE shipping and you decide to return this order, the amount we paid in shipping will be deducted from your refund as a re-stocking fee. Unfortunately we can't offer free shipping on an order you do not keep.
*If you purchased multiple items and qualified for FREE shipping, but after returning one or more of the items your subtotal drops below $100, then the amount we paid in shipping will be deducted from your refund as a re-stocking fee.
In Store Pickup
We offer In Store pickup on all orders. If the item is available at the location you wish to pick up from, you will have the option to checkout through our website and select local pickup as your delivery method. However, if an item is not available in your preferred pickup location it will not allow you to select this option. We transfer stock between locations every other day, so please contact us to arrange a pickup and we will make sure your items are pulled from the shelves and are awaiting your arrival.. Once your order is ready for pick up, you will be notified by either phone or email.
Carriers
We ship orders via a variety of postal services. Generally shipping in Canada can take anywhere from 2-8 business days. If your address is very rural and out of the way it may take more time. Obviously, the closer you are located to us the quicker the parcel will arrive. *Please contact us if you have a preferred shipping carrier. Shipping rates may vary if your order requires multiple tracking numbers.
USA Shipping
All orders shipped to the United States follow a flat rate shipping table based on the size of the parcel. Some items can not be shipped to the United States. If you have ordered one of these items we will notify you via e-mail and cancel your order.

Rush Shipping
We do offer a rush shipping service for an additional charge. We utilize Canada Post Express or Priority shipping service to fulfill these orders. If you need your parcel rushed then an additional fee will apply. Please select the shipping option Canada Post Express or Priority if this is the case and we will meet your tight deadlines.
We are able to utilize many of the top shipping companies such as UPS and Purolator. If for some reason you would prefer a different carrier to ship your package please e-mail your request to info@freerideboardshop.com, or use the "Notes" section at the checkout.
Christmas/Holiday Shipping
*Please be advised that some orders may take longer to arrive due to shipping delays at this busy time. Returns & exchanges are also affected and may take longer for your refund to be issued.
Please keep in mind that all of the carriers are extremely busy during the holiday season and, as such, your parcel may be delayed. Please place your order as early as possible in order to avoid disappointment. Also, keep in mind, once we ship your order it is literally out of our hands and there is nothing we can do to speed up delivery. We strive to have orders shipped out within 24 hours anytime between Dec 1-24.
