Founded in 1977 in Vermont by Jake Burton…out of his Barn! Jake dedicated his life to snowboarding. Burton snowboards has taken snowboarding from a backyard hobby to a world-class olympic sport by creating innovative, groundbreaking products, supporting the best snowboarders in the world, and pushing resorts to allow snowboarding.
