ROME Stale Crewzer Snowboard 2025

Designed by Ståle Sandbech as his “one board quiver,” the Stale Crewzer has quickly become a staple for team riders, shop kids, and anyone who wants to ride like Ståle. This Directional Twin throws down in the park but is a real beast on the steeps thanks to the versatile performance of its Fusion Camber profile. The Stale Crewzer also features our Flax Impact Plates for additional impact absorption and increased durability.

Flex: 6/10

Shape: Directional Twin - Boards with slightly longer noses than tails, but with both symmetrical camber profiles. Directional Twin boards are well-suited for riding switch and all- mountain marauding.

Bend: Fusion Camber - Positive Camber with small pockets of rocker at the contact points; the modern go-to for all-mountain performance.

Core: Pop Core - Our most versatile and durable core, built with alternating strips of 20mm wide Poplar and 20mm wide Paulownia.

Fiberglass: Triax Upper and Biax Lower - Triax fiberglass running in three different axes, built for torsional rigidity and added snap. Biax fiberglass with two different axes, built to be more torsionally playful and pressable. 

Base: SinterStrong - Our versatile, low-maintenance, ride-it-all sintered base.

Twin Single Bamboo HotRods - Invented by Rome, HotRods are thin rods milled into our boards’ cores starting from the insert pack and extending out towards the nose or tail. Designed to provide next level explosive pop, power and response.

Flax Impact Plates - Flax is a natural, incredibly versatile, lightweight textile material that we use in our boards. Depending how the flax material is used, it has advanced impact absorption properties or the ability to create rigidity and strengthen specific regions of a board.
