Return Policy

Returns

You have 30 days from your purchase date to make a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, credit or exchange. We do not offer Free Returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Gift Cards, Lip Balms, Sunscreen, Swimwear, Underwear & Select Sale Items.

 

Request a Return

To start your return please send an email to: info@freerideboardshop.com. Include the order number, reason for the return and any pictures if necessary. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial (or no) refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original, new condition. Any item not in its original packaging or packaging is damaged. Any items with the hang tags removed. Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after it is purchased. Any item purchased on sale or discounted.

 

Damaged Order

If your order was received damaged, immediately take a photo of the product and packaging and please email it to us (info@freerideboardshop.com) so we can start a claim with the carrier.

 

*If the item you received is incorrect, we will pay for your return shipping.

 

 

Free Shipping Policy

*If your purchase qualified for FREE shipping and you decide to return this order, the amount we paid in shipping will be deducted from your refund as a re-stocking fee. Unfortunately we can't offer free shipping on an order you do not keep.

*If you purchased multiple items and qualified for FREE shipping, but after returning one or more of the items your subtotal drops below $100, then the amount we paid in shipping will be deducted from your refund as a re-stocking fee.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and applied to your original method of payment. Please note, this can take up to 48 hours to process.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@freerideboardshop.com.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Unfortunately most sale items cannot be refunded.  If you return a non-refundable sale item, a credit will be issued which can then be used in store or online towards anything else in the store. Please contact us by email or website chat before making your return to see if you are eligible for a refund: info@freerideboardshop.com

 Exchanges 

We do not offer online "Exchanges". Due to limited stock and shipping timelines, we recommend placing a new order rather than waiting for your return item to be get back to us. This guarantees the product in the size you need. Please email us before sending your item back so we can make a note on your original order. Info@freerideboardshop.com due to the lengthy shipping process. 

Unsure on your size? Quite often we can get you the right size the first time and we are willing to do whatever it takes to ensure this. If you're unsure of fit, colour etc. don't hesitate to jump on the chat and talk to one of our experts to guarantee you get the right item the first time!
